Waiting Time :
All listed items are in-stock products and will be shipped within 2 days upon payment receipt.
Thereafter, the time when goods are successfully delivered will be dependent on the various shipping agents (see below)
Delivery Options
1) Standard Mail
Cost : From $1.50
Maximum of 2 kg as stipulated by Singpost.
Usually 2-5 days but may take up to 7-10 days.
Parcel will be deposited in your mailbox. If it is too big to fit into your mailbox, you may have to retrieve your parcel from your nearest post office with the collection advice.
We shall not be liable for items that have been damaged or lost in transit
2) Registered Mail
Cost : From $3.75
Maximum of 2 kg as stipulated by Singpost.
Highly recommended as parcel will be trackable
Usually 2-5 days but may take up to 7 days.
3) Courier
Cost : From $7.00
Delivery time not more than 3 working days
Delivery time-slot will be arranged with you before dispatch
Out-of-Stock Situations :
Actual turnover is very dynamic and sometimes we may not update the availability status on time.
In the event that your order is out of stock, we will try our best to inform you as soon as possible so that you can decide whether to find a substitute or opt for a refund

Refund/Cancellation Policy
1) In an unfortunate case that you receive an unsatisfactory item, please contact us via email to poshinstinct@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with your order number, product name/description, name, address, reason for return/exchange and a picture of the defect.
2) Defintion of an unsatifactory item :
Item in the wrong colour or size.
Item with manufacturing defect
Wrong item that was not in order
3) Slight color discrepancies from pictures are not considered as defects.
Adjustments to pictures may have been made to match as closely to the natural color of the items as possible but slight color discrepanices could still be expected due to differences in natural light and that used for photoshoots
4) For return and/or exchange of unsatisfactory items, we will bear all delivery and shipping costs incurred in the process
5) For return/exchange due to reasons other than unsatisfactory items as stipulated in (3) above, buyer will bear the delivery/postage fees incurred in returning the product.
It is also the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the product in question reaches us. In an unfortunate event that the product is lost or damaged in transit, We reserve the right not to carry on with the return/exchange agreement with the buyer.
6) All products must be returned in their original packagings, with the original tags still intact
7) If the defect is found to be inflicted after the item has been delivered, refund or exchange shall not be applicable. (e.g after washing the item or using the item and/or has obtained stains from elsewhere or damaged after washing with other items
8) Refund is not applicable for products that do not fall under the definition of "unsatisfactory item"
9) Please return the item for exchange to the address which would be provided to you in email
10) Do review your shopping cart before payment, as well as confirmed order after payment as order cancellations for reasons other than out-of-stock situations will not be entertained after the items have been shipped
